J. Stewart Dixon is an unorthodox nondual-advaita-zen spiritual awakening teacher. He is founder, author and creator of www.bluecollarenlightenment.com. He has been interviewed by Rick Archer on Buddha at the Gas Pump, was the meditation editor of the mind/body/spirit blog All Things Healing and is the owner/founder of a communications business called Audio Video Services.
His first book 21 Days, A Guide for Spiritual Beginners (2011, PIE Publishing / Amazon) continues to help spiritual awakening seekers worldwide become spiritual awakening finders. He lives in central Virginia with his wife Elisabeth and son Jeremy. When he’s not teaching Jeff enjoys fly-fishing in the local rivers and lakes.
For most of his adult life he pursued spiritual awakening, wholeness and happiness in the nondual, zen and advaita vedanta traditions. After 20 years and many teachers his search ended in 2010. Some of his teachers include Gangaji, Eli Jaxon Bear, Solane (Student of Gangaji), Saniel Bonder, Michael Regan, Satyam Nadeen, Arjuna Nick Ardaugh, Andrew Cohen and Adi Da. He is also a big fan of Eckhart Tolle and Adyashanti.
