The Body’s Gratitude- Guided Exercise from Course Webinar

The current BCE Course is about half way through and it’s been an intense amazing ride for everyone.  Each week we gather via webinar to check in, report and share.  Each week we begin the webinar with a guided exercise.  Often, I don’t know where these lead to, what the topic will be, or even what the exercise will be.  I let the moment guide.  In this moment quite a few subjects were touched upon.  The one that struck me the most was the body’s gratitude.  Listen, watch, enjoy- and dive deep into this gratitude.  You won’t regret it.
